Key Responsibilities :Test Script Readiness :- Design and build test cases as per product requirements.- Translate manual regression test cases into automated test scripts.Test Execution :- Execute testing for large-scale, web applications tools, and/or software as a part of sanity and regression testing.- Advocate best practices to team members and development teams.CICD Pipeline :- Contribute in building continuous integration and deployment solutions (Jenkins,. etc.) that serve large software engineering organizations.Stakeholder Collaboration :- Collaborate with Development, Product and other teams to ensure the highest quality of the product by architecting automation focused solutions.- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and report the summary of the test results.Documentation :- Prepare comprehensive user guides.- Ensure that all framework -related information is well-documented and easily accessible for the entire QA team.Experience & Knowledge :- 2+ years of experience in defining, developing and owning test automation infrastructure for a large enterprise.- Solid foundation in software testing fundamentals.- Strong foundation with test case management tools (JIRA, etc.).- Fluency in a variety of languages, frameworks and tools for automated testing solutions such as Java, JavaScript, TestNG, RestAssured, Selenium, Cucumber, GIT, Maven.- Ability and interest in developing test automation frameworks from scratch.- Be able to contribute in building continuous integration and deployment solutions (Jenkins, etc.) that serve large software engineering organizations.- Experience with leveraging Postman or similar testing tools for API testing.- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.- Familiarity with load/performance testing tools such as Jmeter.Qualification : Bachelor's degree Engineering, Master's degree Engineering , MCA.
