Description:
Job Description :- Ability to develop a modular web component framework that enables both user input and analytical interrogation- Proven ability and readily available portfolio of deployed web assets- Strong coding experience and knowledge of cloud infrastructure, expertise in Python, JavaScript, node.js- Strong expertise in Typescript, CSS, React (React Query, Zod, React-Hook-Form, Redux-Toolkit, Zustand), Express, Flask- Strong experience in relational databases preferably PostgreSQL (including transactions), experience using "pg" or drizzle ORM- Strong expertise in OATH2 (Azure Active Directory B2C or AWS Cognito)- Strong expertise in deploying applications on the cloud preferably on Azure (App services,Azure functions,API gateway)- Experience in testing both frontend and backend- Strong knowledge of creating CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Or GitHub- Proven experience and background in visual design for large scale projects and building modular frameworks- Intellectual curiosity, communication and presentation skills- Ability to support junior members of the team and support effective peer review- Ability to work independently and engage with cross-functional teams- Effective and adaptable engagement with stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge- Making recommendations on code and infrastructure architecture. Setting standards for documentations and pull-request lifecycle- Spear-heading innovation and being up to speed with the latest technologies- A minimum of 7+ years within an engineering disciplineDesirable skills :- Exposure to re / insurance- Exposure within an advanced analytics discipline and associated methodologies- Experience in prioritisation of tasks based on deliverables and context switching- Experience developing and encouraging data engineering and stack best practices and up-to-date methods- Experience working within an Agile framework and using associated project management tools (ref:hirist.tech)
