Role Summary :As an Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing test cases for pen-testing, coordinating with stakeholders and performing the pen test. You will also be responsible for establishing the cybersecurity framework for the project.Dimension of Function :- Performing pen testing of various ECUs- Comfortable in analysing ECU architectures- Comfortable with various hardware & tools and performing successful pen testsContacts : Project Manager, Customer, Architect, Hardware Engineer, Embedded EngineerArea of Responsibility :- Understanding the test scope and prepare the requirement docs for Penetration Test, of subjected ECU- Recommending & ensuring usage of correct tools / systems towards execution of successful pen-test- Conduct pen-test on variety of Automotive systems / ECUs- Perform security assessment of different hardware modules and identify vulnerabilities- Handle multiple hardware & software tools, required for testing- Prepare detailed necessary documents, test procedures, output report, evidence documents for ISO auditKnowledge / Experience : - Knowledge on different vehicle communication protocol - CAN / CAN FD, LIN, UDS, UART, etc- Hands-on experience of TARA, Pen Testing- Good understanding of hardware bench set-up- Good understanding of ISO21434- Understanding on configuration & integration of HSM, SecOC- Strong experience in Embedded C- Ability to understand functionalities of different vehicle ECUsCompetences :- Customer Centricity - EXPERT- Business Acumen - Applies appropriate strategic logic to decisions and initiatives in one's area - EXPERT- Decision Making - Identifies and analyses information to make decisions and solve problems - EXPERT- Lead Courageously - Takes personal and organizational risks to do what is right and achieve organizational success, and supports others who do so - PROFICIENT- Drive for Results - Demonstrates and fosters a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals - EXPERT (ref:hirist.tech)
