Company : JTek SoftwareLocation : HyderabadRole : UI/UX DeveloperExperience : 5+ yearsResponsibilities :- Lead the UI/UX design and development process, from concept to implementation, for web and mobile applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks and libraries.- Implement animation and micro interaction designs to enhance user engagement and usability.- Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards and best practices to make applications inclusive for all users.- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and development.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.- Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.- Experience with UI frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap, Material Design, React, or Angular.- Knowledge of animation principles and tools for creating interactive user interfaces.- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical challenges.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- A user-centered mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
