Job Title : Ping Identity Lead/Architect/Senior ConsultantLocation : Pune / Bangalore / Noida.Experience : 5-20 Years Notice Period : 0-90 daysPosition Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Ping Identity Lead/Architect/Senior Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of Ping Identity solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance to ensure the successful deployment of identity management solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design and architecture of Ping Identity solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Ping Identity products.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.- Conduct assessments and audits of existing identity management systems and recommend improvements or enhancements.- Develop and maintain documentation related to Ping Identity configurations, processes, and best practices.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Experience implementing and managing Ping Identity solutions.- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.- Experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.- Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications :- Ping Identity certification(s) (e.g., PingFederate Administrator, Ping Identity Certified Implementation Specialist).- Experience with cloud identity platforms (e.g., Azure Active Directory, Okta).- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).- Ping Identity Architecture, Experience in architecting, development, designing and solutioning of Ping. Engineering expertise in PING products and technologies PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingOne etc.- You will act as Point of contact between customer and Aujas- You will be responsible for Customer interactions, solutions delivery ,client management , delivery management ,People management , team leading activities .Overall you will managing consultant/Sr consultant developers within this project. - Reporting to Project manager /VP/SVP's.- You will be leading & providing Ping identity related solutions to the client , resolving conflicts- Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING. You will be to Involved in Development, Designing ,Testing and Troubleshooting Applications onboarding and access issues.- Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING SAML, OIDC ,Oauth , SSO service development, onboarding, service integration, by implementation of new and enhanced features- Attend all required meetings with application teams.- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers.- Connecting application teams and gathering required information for new onboardings apps- Should work on lower and production environments.- Design, Test and Troubleshoot Applications onboarding and access issues (ref:hirist.tech)
