Position : AEM Fullstack DeveloperRelevant Experience : 6+yearsJob Location : Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Gurugram (Hybrid)Job Description : We are seeking an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer with a proven track record in architecting, developing, and managing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AEM, Adobe Marketing Cloud products, and related technologies, along with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of digital asset management.Responsibilities : - Architect, design, develop, and implement AEM solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.- Manage digital asset management within the AEM platform, leveraging over 9 years of experience in this domain.- Lead the migration of web applications from other technologies to AEM platform, as well as upgrading AEM versions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of Adobe Experience Cloud projects.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.- Lead multiple RFP ventures, providing technical expertise and delivering solutions on AEM and associated technologies for various clients.- Stay updated on strategic changes in the Adobe Experience Cloud platform and incorporate them into project designs and implementations.- Work closely with computer scientists, R&D teams, and engineers at Adobe to deepen understanding of AEM/CQ and related systems.Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital asset management within AEM.- Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry as a Full Stack Developer.- Minimum 6 years of experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products, particularly AEM.- Strong expertise in content management with Adobe Experience Manager.- Experience in end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud project lifecycle.- Proficiency in Java/JSP/Servlets/JSF, Unix shell scripting, and database management (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB).- Experience with tools such as Maven, Subversion, Apache Httpd, Tomcat, and Jetty.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Redmine, Bugzilla, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Experience in the financial, retail, hospitality, life sciences, and education domains is a plus.If you meet these qualifications and are passionate about driving innovation in digital experience solutions, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team.
