Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, operations, and security, with expertise in implementing DevSecOps practices and tools. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), automating security processes, and ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems.Responsibilities :Security Integration : - Integrate security best practices and controls into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement security requirements and standards.Automation : - Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools for security testing, vulnerability scanning, configuration management, and compliance auditing.- Automate security processes to improve efficiency and consistency.Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) : - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of software applications.- Integrate security testing tools and checks into CI/CD pipelines to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities early in the development process.Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : - Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.- Define and deploy infrastructure components and configurations in a secure and scalable manner.Container Security : - Implement security best practices for containerized environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and container registries.- Secure container images, enforce access controls, and monitor container runtime security.Incident Response : - Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for security incidents and breaches.- Participate in incident response activities, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.Security Monitoring and Logging : - Implement security monitoring and logging solutions to detect and respond to security threats and anomalies.- Configure and manage SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and log management platforms.Qualifications :- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's- 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, operations, and security.- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools.- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.- Experience with security testing tools and frameworks such as OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or Nessus.- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
