About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics Technical Architect to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for the entire solution lifecycle, from understanding business needs to architecting, developing, integrating, and deploying robust Dynamics 365 solutions. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing system optimization.Responsibilities :- Lead the technical design and architecture of MS Dynamics 365 solutions.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technically feasible and efficient solutions.- Develop and implement complex Dynamics 365 functionalities using best practices.- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and applications.- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.- Work collaboratively with functional consultants, developers, and clients.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to Dynamics 365 users.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies.Qualifications :- Strong technical architecture, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture skills.- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect (SA).- Prior experience in this role is a plus.- Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions for various business needs.- In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 functionalities and features (e.g., Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management).- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and extensibility tools (e.g., Power Automate, Logic Apps).- Proficiency in integration technologies used with Dynamics 365 (e.g., APIs, web services).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience in the IT industry, particularly with digital transformation projects using Dynamics 365.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
