About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced SAP GRC Consultant to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering flexibility to work remotely while also collaborating on-site as needed.As a SAP GRC Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes using the SAP GRC 10.x/12 platform. You will leverage your expertise in access control, risk management, and user access reviews to ensure a robust and secure IT environment.Responsibilities :- Participate in the entire GRC lifecycle, including consulting, analysis, configuration, and ongoing support.- Analyze business processes to identify and mitigate security risks.- Manage and maintain SAP GRC master data for users, roles, and authorizations.- Integrate SAP GRC with other enterprise systems for a holistic GRC view.- Configure and manage SAP GRC Access Control (AC) 10.x/12, including user provisioning, firefighter IDs, and ownership/control settings.- Manage and configure MSMP workflows using BRF+ scripting language.- Maintain expertise in GRC-related tables and synchronization jobs.- Conduct User Access Reviews (UARs) to ensure appropriate access privileges.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP GRC security design and troubleshooting.Qualifications :- 8-14 years of experience working with SAP GRC 10.x or 12 experience.- Proven track record of successfully implementing and upgrading SAP GRC solutions (minimum 2 end-to-end experiences).- In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (AC) configuration, parameters, and workflow activation.- Experience with Business Role Management (BRM) and importing roles into the GRC system.- Solid understanding of User Access Reviews (UAR) processes.- Ability to manage and guide junior team members on SAP GRC security design and troubleshooting.- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience with CA Identity Manager (CA IDM) is a plus.
