Job Description :1. Experience in enterprise Data Center Networking (Routing + Switching & Firewall)2. Good understanding of network technologies BGP, SNMP, HSRP / VRRP / GLBP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, ARP, Trunking, Port Channeling, IPsec / GRE, Wireshark3. Experience with routing protocols specially EIGRP, OSPF, BGP4. Experience with design and implementing SDN - Software Defined Network / SDDC - Software-Defined Data Center environments, SDWAN ( Dell Versa)5. Platform knowledge on Cisco/Dell /Palo Alto6. Analyzing configurational requirements of devices and providing configuration possibilities7. Knowledge of Virtualization fundamentals and VMware networking concepts is good to have8. Ability to drive the network incidents, outages, and deep diving to find the root cause and prevention plan9. Understanding of ITIL processes10. Perform change controls and update process documentation, skillset in Visio11. Ability/flexibility for shift and weekend calls to support 24x7 operation12. Expertise in Dell Switching preferred, Extreme and Cisco switching expertise is also welcome13. Dell Versa SDWAN expertise preferred14. Must have a sound understanding of AWS and Azure networking fundamentals, DirectConnect, ExpressRoute, MPLS15. Must have a sound understanding of Palo Alto Firewall environment, IPSec, GRE, ACLs16. Good understanding of core Enterprise data center management fundamentals: AAA, Config Backup, SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, CMDB17. Familiarity with network scripting: Python ( Netmiko, Paramiko), Ansible, Terraform18. Hands-on familiarity with Windows Servers and Linux OS19. Ability to lead 24x7 teams, roster management, leave management, KPI Analysis, Management readout preparations20. Excellent troubleshooting skills, maturity to drive outages to conclusion, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with external stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
