Job Description :Key Responsibilities :1. Technical Strategy and Roadmap:- Define the technical strategy and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, aligning with business goals and objectives.- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and platforms to drive innovation and competitive advantage.2. Product Ownership and Management :- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and data scientists, translating business requirements into technical solutions.- Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and release activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.3. Architecture and Design :- Architect scalable and extensible AI/ML solutions, considering factors such as performance, security, and maintainability.- Collaborate with software architects and engineers to design and implement robust, distributed systems leveraging Java and Python technologies.- Drive the adoption of best practices and design patterns for software development, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.4. AI/ML Development and Deployment :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms, leveraging libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and spaCy.- Conduct experiments, optimize models, and evaluate performance metrics to iteratively improve AI/ML solutions.- Implement scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI/ML workflows and applications.5. Collaboration and Communication :- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship to empower team members and enhance technical capabilities.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.- Proven experience in technical product ownership, architecture, and design, with a focus on AI/ML solutions.- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.- Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages, with experience in building scalable, distributed systems.- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for software development.- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.- Agile/Scrum certification and experience working in Agile development environments preferred.
