About the job :Responsibilities :- Engage in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.- Analyze UI code (mobile or portal) and backend services (Node JS, Python, etc.).- Create DT synthetics, SPLUNK-based monitoring, Tealeaf monitors and reports, and perform advanced SPLUNK querying.- Investigate technical issues impacting databases, caching, infrastructure, and applications to provide solutions.- Generate on-demand reports and provide ad-hoc support for managed incidents.- Script data fixes and automate job runs.Qualifications :Required Skills :- 10+ years of experience in application development and coding.- Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.- Hands-on experience with technologies such as React, React Native, Angular, Java, MongoDB, and Node JS.- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google App Engine, or Heroku).- Familiarity with Application Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Cloudwatch, Dynatrace, etc.).- Strong experience in enterprise security, including IAM Roles & Policies, Auth0/Okta, encryption, API Gateways, Firewalls, and Private Cloud.- Proven experience in coding and supporting enterprise application solutions.- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest rectification options.Nice-to-Haves :- Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.- Demonstrated experience in coding and technical analysis.- Capability to effectively communicate within a geographically diverse team.- Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and its application in complex systems.- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all organizational levels.- Quality mindset, ensuring both code and ongoing application/data quality through proactive monitoring.
