Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Sedgwick Consultant with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and extensive expertise in implementing and supporting Sedgwick integration solutions. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Sedgwick Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Sedgwick integration with Oracle Fusion HCM modules to support HR and payroll processes.Responsibilities :Sedgwick Integration Design : - Design and develop integration solutions between Oracle Fusion HCM and Sedgwick systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and synchronization.- Analyze business requirements and design integration interfaces to meet organizational needs.Data Mapping and Transformation : - Define data mapping rules and transformations to ensure accurate and consistent data flow between Oracle Fusion HCM and Sedgwick systems.- Develop scripts and routines for data validation and cleansing.Configuration and Customization : - Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules to accommodate Sedgwick integration requirements.- Customize data objects, workflows, and business processes to align with Sedgwick system functionalities.Testing and Deployment : - Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Sedgwick integration solutions.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy integration changes in production environments.Troubleshooting and Support : - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for Sedgwick integration issues.- Analyze system logs, error messages, and data discrepancies to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Documentation and Training : - Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for Sedgwick integration solutions.- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices.Continuous Improvement : - Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM and Sedgwick technologies, features, and industry trends.- Evaluate existing integration processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.Qualifications :- 3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on Sedgwick integration.- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.- Extensive experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Sedgwick integration solutions.- Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and customization.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
