In the role of a Generative AI and LLM Expert, you will be instrumental in designing and deploying advanced generative models and algorithms to tackle intricate challenges and produce superior outputs. You will work alongside a diverse group of researchers, engineers, and data scientists to pioneer new uses of generative AI across a variety of fields Responsibilities :Research and Development : - Keep abreast of the latest trends in generative AI, such as LLMs, GPTs, GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and other pertinent technologies. - Engage in innovative research to discover and formulate new generative models and algorithms.Model Development : - Craft, build, and enhance generative models to produce realistic and varied outputs. - Execute and refine cutting-edge generative AI architectures to meet targeted performance goals.Data Processing and Preparation : - Gather, process, and organize extensive datasets needed for training generative models. - Employ data enhancement techniques and devise strategies to manage complex data varieties and distributions.Training and Evaluation : - Conduct training of generative models using suitable deep learning frameworks and tools. - Assess model efficacy using both quantitative and qualitative measures, and refine models based on feedback and analytical outcomes.Collaboration : Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including researchers, engineers, and data scientists, to comprehend project demands, set clear objectives, and capitalize on opportunities to implement generative AI techniques. Offer technical advice and support to peers.Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required to address complex issues in generative AI. - Candidates should have the ability to think innovatively and develop creative solutions. Precision in analyzing and interpreting experimental data is important.Collaboration and Communication : - Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities are essential for successful collaboration with diverse teams. - Candidates must be capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proficient written and verbal communication skills are necessary.Adaptability and Learning : - A strong passion for keeping up with the latest developments in AI and generative models is needed. - Applicants should be eager to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies and methods.Requirements :Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.
