Roles & Responsibilities : - Utilize your prior experience to lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core Module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.- Develop inbound and outbound integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud, leveraging your expertise to design and implement efficient data exchange processes.- Manage the Oracle Service Request (SR) process for issue resolution and escalation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.- Be familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting your approach based on project requirements and constraints.- Customize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions as needed, including customization of descriptive flexfields (DFF) and extensible flexfields (EFF), defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, and implementing fast formulas.- Conduct impact analysis and validation for HCM Quarterly Patches, ensuring smooth and error-free patch deployments.Nice to Have :- Prior experience in creating Groovy scripts to enhance Oracle HCM Cloud functionality would be advantageous.- Experience with HCM Help Desk solutions would be beneficial for providing end-user support and troubleshooting.- Familiarity with HCM REST API, ATOM API, or HCM Alerts and Journeys for additional customization and automation.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Extensive experience in implementing and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Core Modules.- Proficiency in developing inbound and outbound integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud.
