Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Redwood Consultant with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion applications, specifically in implementing Redwood UI with VBCS scripting/coding experience. As a Oracle Fusion Redwood Consultant, you will be responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data migration, and providing technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM. You will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.Responsibilities :Implement Redwood UI with VBCS : - Utilize your expertise in implementing Redwood UI with VBCS scripting/coding experience to design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for Oracle Fusion applications.MS Design Studio Knowledge : - Possess knowledge of MS Design Studio to enhance the design and functionality of Oracle Fusion applications.- Collaborate with designers to create custom themes, templates, and layouts.Reports and Interfaces Development : - Develop reports, interfaces, and data migration solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM.- Utilize tools such as BI Publisher Reports, OTBI analysis, and HCM extracts to extract, transform, and load data.- Reports and Analytics: Provide expertise in existing reports and custom report creation methods.- Design and develop analytical solutions to provide insights into HCM data using BI Publisher Reports and OTBI analysis.HCM Data Management : - Hands-on experience in HCM Data Loads, Fast Formulas, Value Sets, UDT (User Defined Tables), Personalization, HDL (HCM Data Loader), PBL (Payroll Batch Loader), Spreadsheet Loader, and HCM extracts.Client-facing Role : - Work directly with clients to understand their requirements, gather business needs, and provide technical solutions.- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications :- 3 to 9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications with a focus on Redwood UI implementation.- Experience in implementing Redwood UI with VBCS scripting/coding.- Knowledge of MS Design Studio for enhancing application design and functionality.- Experience in developing reports, interfaces, and data migration in Oracle Cloud HCM.- Hands-on experience in HCM Data Loads, Fast Formulas, Value Sets, UDT, Personalization, HDL, PBL, Spreadsheet Loader, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI analysis.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a client-facing role.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
