Description:

Responsibilities :- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco wireless networks, including Catalyst Wireless Controllers, Access Points, and Network Access Control systems.- Evaluate the performance of various types of wireless networks.- Use monitoring tools, protocol analyzers, and cable testers to troubleshoot and diagnose networking components.- Resolve Incidents (INCs) and Service Requests (SRs) related to wireless networks.- Participate in product-specific forums and communities.- Adhere to ITIL standards, especially in problem management and change management.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6+ years of experience in installing and troubleshooting Cisco wireless networks.- Flexibility to work across shifts, if required.- Strong knowledge of Cisco TAC procedures and Cisco's documentation library.- Familiarity with ITIL standards, particularly problem management and change management.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.Preferred Skill :- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.- Experience with other wireless networking technologies.- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
