Position : QA EngineerJob Type : Full TimeExperience Level : 1-2 YearsJob Location : Mohali (only for candidates residing in Mohali)Working Days : 5 DaysNotice period : immediate joinerRole Overview :We are seeking a seasoned QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our web, mobile, and desktop applications.Responsibilities :- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback.- Understand and utilize the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).- Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development process.- Conduct thorough testing for Web/Mobile/Desktop applications. - Create and execute detailed, comprehensive test cases.- Utilize manual testing tools and add-ons as needed.- Document clear and concise defects and quality assurance reports.- Engage in API testing using tools like Postman/Swagger will add advantage.Qualifications :- 1 to 2 years of QA experience, primarily in Web and Mobile Technologies.- Familiarity with manual testing tools and add-ons.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.- Comfortable with Command Line Interface (CLI).- Exposure to Database testing- SQL skills required to verify test data: insert, update, and delete the test data values in the database.- If experienced in mobile testing, capability to set up and test Android/iOS builds is a plus.Benefits :- Excellent work-life balance- Competitive salary- Opportunities for professional growth.- Comprehensive health insurance.- Generous maternity benefits.- Employee referral bonus program.About Agile Soft Systems :Located in Silicon Valley (Fremont, CA) with off-shore development centres in India, Agile Soft Systems has forged a reputation as a comprehensive IT Services & development firm.
