Job Position :We are seeking an ETL Sr Software Engineer who will be responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of code/workflows/sessions/mappings/query changes within application and provide end to end application support. ETL SSE's primary role will be to have an end-to-end responsibility in data Migration from Legacy system to HR Payor App.Job Responsibilities :The ETL tech lead Is responsible for maintaining and implementing the technology strategic solutions related to end-to-end application and system development, delivery, testing, and support within assigned client group, business unit or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :- Accomplish the objectives and requirements defined by senior technology leadership and product management across multiple teams.- Complete ownership of creation of inbound and outbound applications to load and extract data from the claims processing system.- Work closely with Tech Leads to design and implement solutions.- Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of applications- Ability to co-ordinate multi-teams (e.g. customers, internal functional and technical SMEs), to understand business requirements, technical design and preparing of technical specifications.- Assist in estimation of efforts and timescales for tasks delegated to the team.- Hands-on participate in development and bugs fixing. Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues.- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution.- Ownership of multiple system and or application products of varying complexity.- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners. Interacts with stakeholder to understand new product enhancements or features being requested.- Implement new subsystems, procedures, and techniques; manages implementation/integration projects to ensure deliverables.Key Qualifications :- Requires a Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field of study and a minimum of 5+ years of experience leading project teams, ETL application software development, maintenance or implementation and support.- Experience in ETL, RDBMS and its related technologies like SSIS/Informatica/Data stage and SQL/OracleExperience :- 5 plus years of experience in Developing, Designing, and implementing large scale enterprise ETL applications.- 5 plus years of experience in SSIS and SQL/Oracle and related tech stacks- Experience with US healthcare- Experience with Amisys claims processing system would be an advantage- Experience working with connector services of HealthRules Payer.- Should have experience in data MigrationsSkills And Competencies :- Knowledge of business processes in US healthcare including claims, membership and providers.- Experience with Amisys claims processing system.- Experience working with connector services of HealthRules Payer.- Experience reading and writing different file formats like xml, JSON, csv, flat files etc- Experience with extracting data from RDBMS Databases like SQL or Oracle.Must Have :- 5+ years of experience as a SSIS Developer with US health care required- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL, PL-SQL Programming and Troubleshooting.- Ability to collaborate and facilitate troubleshooting of technical issues and work organisationally across teams (Production tasks, Server, Product and Database).- Production support- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
