Senior Salesforce Developer(Sales cloud)Location : HyderabadType : HybridExp Req : 8-10yrsWork Timing : 5PM-1AM IST(Indian Standard Time)We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and customizing Sales Cloud solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Customize and configure Sales Cloud to meet specific business needs, including but not limited to lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support team members.Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and best practices, and recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to understand business objectives and deliver high-quality solutions that drive measurable results.Participate in code reviews, documentation, and release management activities to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce implementations.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification or equivalent experience.Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Self-motivated, with a passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)."
