We are dedicated to providing equal opportunities in employment, advancement, and all other areas of our workplace.Job Description :Requirements :Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, technology or related fields.10 to 15 of experience and 5 yrs as manager - ITStrong teamwork and communication skills.Should be able to drive ISO across the company.Hands on experience with End users issues and activity .Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and Infocsec knowledge . Experience with network administration (Cisco certification a plus)Experience managing on-premises servers, storage area networks (SAN), and network-attached storage (NAS) devicesFamiliarity with our software platforms including Microsoft 365 , AWS or GCP or Azure CloudRole and responsibilities :Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks.Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure.Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company.Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components.Establish a security policy to protect company information and resources.Creating workshops and training programs for staff on ISO Audits and Infosec Policy.Performing routine system auditsEnsure that all the data, network access and systems are secure and protected.Regularly ensure backing up of systems.Work towards the user's needs by identifying problem areas and implementing solutions quickly.Ensure cost effectiveness and work in line with the budget.Creating and implementing the organization's IT policy and best practice manuals.Creating workshops and training programs for staff.
