The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce onboarding 2.0 with implementation experience. This role requires flexibility, as you'll be expected to work in rotational shifts and travel based upon client needs.Key Responsibilities :- Execute Salesforce Onboarding 2.0 processes efficiently and effectively.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce -solutions.- Customize Salesforce to meet client-specific requirements.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the onboarding process.- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and latest features.- Document processes and maintain comprehensive records.Mandatory Skills :- Proficiency in Salesforce Onboarding 2.0 methodologies and tools.- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce implementation projects.- Willingness to work in rotational shifts to accommodate global client requirements.- Ability to travel as needed to client sites.Preferred Qualifications :- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).- Experience with other Salesforce modules and integrations.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Education and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5-9 years of relevant experience in Salesforce onboarding and implementation.Mode of Hire : PermanentLocation : Hyderabad, Pune, BangaloreIf you are a proactive individual with a passion for Salesforce and a desire to drive successful onboarding processes, we encourage you to apply.
