As a crucial part of our development efforts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable microservices using NestJS and GraphQL. This role requires a strong understanding of event-driven architectures and message patterns.Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration using Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform is also essential.Key Responsibilities : 1) Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using NestJS and GraphQL within a microservices architecture.2) Implement robust services and APIs to power web applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.3) Work closely with frontend developers and product teams to integrate solutions and create a seamless user experience.4) Develop and maintain event-driven systems and manage inter-service communication using advanced message queuing patterns.5) Ensure continuous integration and delivery with automated pipelines in Bitbucket, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.6) Monitor the performance of live systems and make improvements to handle scale and maintain uptime.7) Contribute to architectural and design decisions, striving for innovation and excellence.8) Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of code quality and craftsmanship.Required Skills and Qualifications : 1) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2) 5-6 years of professional backend development experience.3) Expertise in building applications using Node.js and NestJS.4) Strong experience with GraphQL and developing APIs for high-traffic environments.5) Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns related to event-driven and messaging systems.6) Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services, preferably Google Cloud Platform.7) Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Bitbucket Pipelines.8) Familiarity with agile methodologies and comfort with rapid iteration and fast delivery.9) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.Desired Skills : 1) Experience with other backend technologies and frameworks.2) Contributions to open-source projects or a public GitHub repository.3) Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance enhancement strategies.4) Knowledge of additional cloud service providers like AWS or Azure.What We Offer : 1) Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.2) Opportunity to work on challenging projects with cutting-edge technologies.3) Dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth.4) Flexible working hours and remote work options.
