Tech Lead :6+ years of experience in any technology.Open to learning Salesforce.Key Responsibilities :Build Salesforce applications using Apex and VisualforceTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.Apex and Visualforce development, design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce.com solutionsKnowledge of integrating salesforce.com with other systemsExperience in Lightning and Lightning Web ComponentsRemain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.What we are looking for :3+ years of Salesforce Developer experienceVery Good written and oral communication skillsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience in developing custom Apex, Visualforce pages & Lightning componentsStrong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasksAbility to manage a small team Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point.Please note that we prefer candidates with Salesforce development experience.
