Role : Technical Trainer Exp : 12-16 yrs. CTC : 30lpa. Key Duties/Responsibilities : - Development and implementation of a technical training program for company employees. - Work with multiple teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Support, to consolidate knowledge elements, review and validate the content and ensure training aligns with business requirements.- Collaborate with company subject matter experts to develop and deliver technical educational content.- Produce high-quality technical courseware presentations, videos, labs. - Design online, offline, and self-paced training using educational best practices.- Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality digital courses.- Schedule, plan, and host technical training programs. - Maintain and upgrade the training program as new capabilities or new technologies are added.- Design, build and maintain virtual lab environments and associated lab guides to support technical training courses. - Define and manage the training plans for all technical employees in coordination with the HR Learning and Development manager.Essential Capabilities : - 10+ years of experience in delivering training, both in-person and remotely. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles (coding, design, architecture). - Must have experience in curriculum design and/or digital learning design such as e-learning and Instructor-led-training (ILT).- Must have experience in delivering training courses to global teams from different countries. - Proven track record in delivering technical training with great clarity and in a manner that inspires students.- Must have experience in writing assessments for technical training. - Excellent understanding of technology, technology tools and IT processes.- Planning, organization, and implementation skills.- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills.- Superb verbal and written communication in English. - Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques.- Highly evolved interpersonal skills when cooperating with your technical peers.- Experienced in building complex virtual environments. - Great ability to work independently.- Problem solving abilities. - Experience in coaching.- High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust Desirable Capabilities. - Experience in a similar role in product company is a plus. - Experience in agile practices a plus.- Engineering qualification a plus.- Gamification experience in training is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
