Profile : Access management Team Lead. Experience- 5-10 yrs. Location: Pune. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency): Must-Have: - Hands on experience working in Access Management projects in Banking domain. - 5+ years of working experience with SQL, Unix and with 3+ years of managing 20+ member team. - Knowledge and experience of working in a IAM tool. - Good Project and Client Relationship management skills. - Good communication skills. - Ready for 24-7 rotational shifts including weekend working. - Good-to-Have Banking Domain knowledge. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:- Handling a team of analysts providing Access Management support. - Act as an escalation point for unresolved cases. - Ensuring knowledge management systems and documentation are kept up to date. - Analysis of trends, and recommend and implement actions, with approval, to reduce errors & suggest process improvements - Responsible for publishing statistical and management reports. - Arranging staff training, awareness sessions and Performing briefings on changes or deployments 24-7 role. - Multi-Stake-holder management. - Lead status meeting and support calls.
