Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, with expertise in Flutter framework. As a Flutter Developer at TecHHire Global, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements for mobile applications using Flutter framework. - Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency. - Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces. - Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to technical challenges. - Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile application development, and proactively incorporate new technologies and best practices into our development process. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 4 to 6 years of professional experience in mobile application development. - Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter framework. - Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter SDK. - Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web services integration. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with native Android or iOS development is a plus. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. - Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing Flutter expertise. - Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
