As a Senior React.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative front-end solutions for our capital market applications using React.js framework. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the responsiveness, performance, and usability of the applications.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reusable front-end components and modules using React.js.- Implement best practices and standards for front-end development to ensure high-quality code and maintainable solutions.- Optimize application performance and user experience by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and usability issues.- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies and recommend relevant improvements and enhancements.- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and learning environment.- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the development process.- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure seamless functioning of the applications in production environments.- Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js framework.- Proven experience in developing capital market solutions such as trading platforms, risk management systems, portfolio management tools, etc.- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.- Familiarity with modern JavaScript build tools and workflows such as Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
