Role : RPA UiPath SupportJob Description :Technical Skills :- Must have competent programming skills. Previous experience working with UiPath RPA.- Strong technical skills and understanding of RPA concepts, including process automation, workflow design, and bot deployment.- Conduct code changes and unit testing for simple to medium system modules. - Understand the business requirements and relate them to the technical specifications for systems development projects. - Prepare design and program specifications for simple to minor requirements- Should have good knack for analysing bugs and identifying issues in code to perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis)- Quick to develop functional understanding of the processes- Provide quick fixes to production issues in a time bound manner- Develop small components to major enhancements in functionality upgrades within UiPath RPA platform.- Monitor UiPath Orchestrator for bot performance, scheduling, and error handling.- Keeping the clients informed about the progress and updates on ongoing issues and leading the L1 support team- With basic systems analysis and design skills to appreciate SDD- With foundational knowledge on Systems Development Life Cycles and deliverables- Possesses good oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client oriented.- Must be familiar with Office Automation tools such as MS Office and Lotus Notes, preferably with knowledge in macro programming or report writer tools- Must be familiar with and able to follow coding standards- Good to have Power BI and Power Apps development knowledge.Non-Technical Skills :- Collaborate with the RPA Support team to implement fixes and enhancements to existing RPA processes.- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and address any RPA-related issues or concerns.- Investigate and troubleshoot any issues or errors encountered during RPA process execution.- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for RPA solutions deployed within the organization.- Monitor RPA processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.- Willingness to work in shifts.- Experience in providing technical support for enterprise applications or systems.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Handle ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system for logging, tracking, and resolving issues related to RPA implementations.- Should be able to understand the change management model- Should be able to track the SLAs and KPIs- Should be able to guide and mentor the team as a technical lead- Preferred With background in FMCG or Retail industriesQualifications :- College/University Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics- 3 to 5 years minimum experience working on RPA UiPath tool preferably with testing experience and good data base knowledge (SQL/PLSQL/Azure Databricks)- Certification in UiPath RPA development or relevant credentials would be advantageous.Soft Skills :- Decisiveness (Average)- Communication (Competent)- Client Service Orientation (Competent)- Tolerance for Stress (Competent)- Fast Cycle (Average) - Work Standards / Quality Orientation (Competent)Preferred Skill Set : Experience working in Support and Maintenance projects, willingness to work in shifts.
