Must Have Skills:- TypeScript - 3+ years of experience- React - 4+ years of experience- HTML/CSS - 3+ years of experience- Strong JavaScript - 3+ years of experience- Strong working experience in Redux and Redux tool kit- Authentication and Authorization- SSO implementation- Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with a minimum number of bugs- Work independently, Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals- Expertise with software development principles (OOPS, SOLID, etc.)- Working experience with Agile/ScrumResponsibilities: - Lead the frontend development team and provide technical guidance and mentorship. - Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. - Implement state management solutions using Redux and Redux Toolkit to manage application data and state. - Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms into web applications, including Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation. - Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible and scalable, with a minimum number of bugs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement features. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns. - Optimize application performance and user experience through performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Stay updated on the latest frontend development trends, technologies, and best practices. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 8-15 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js. - Extensive experience in TypeScript, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience. - Strong proficiency in React.js, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience. - Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript, with at least 3+ years of experience in each. - Strong working experience in Redux and Redux Toolkit for state management. - Experience in authentication, authorization, and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation. - Ability to write clean, maintainable code that is extensible and scalable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
