Job Description :About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS L2 Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this customer-facing role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional technical support to our customers using Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of AWS services and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for our valued customers.Responsibilities :- Provide technical support to AWS customers across a broad range of services- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS compute, storage, networking, database, and other services- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and identify the root cause of problems- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve customer issues efficiently- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to L3 support engineers as needed- Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AWS services and features- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skillsQualifications :- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the cloud computing industry- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment- In-depth knowledge of AWS core services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, DynamoDB, Lambda) and best practices- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service- Experience with AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
