If you have a strong understanding of document management systems and enjoy working with cutting-edge technology, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities :- Gather and analyze business requirements for document management and workflow automation.- Design and develop OnBase solutions to meet business needs, including configuration of document types, workflows, and user interfaces.- Integrate OnBase with other systems and applications as needed.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase applications, including resolving user issues and system errors.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure OnBase solutions align with business goals and requirements.- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks as needed.- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to OnBase solutions.- Stay updated on new features and capabilities of the OnBase platform and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
