About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP EHS Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical role in ensuring our organization's compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations through the effective implementation and utilization of SAP EHS functionalities.Responsibilities :Lead and manage SAP EHS projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical industry.Analyze EHS regulations and translate them into actionable configurations within SAP EHS.Configure and maintain all sub-modules within SAP EHS, including Waste Management, Incident Management, Emissions Management, and Product Safety.Develop and implement effective EHS workflows and reporting processes within SAP S/4HANA.Manage and oversee the cut-over process from SAP ECC to S/4HANA for EHS functionalities, ensuring smooth data migration and system transition.Leverage SAP Fiori applications to optimize EHS data access and reporting capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Operations, Environment) to ensure alignment between EHS processes and business needs.Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP EHS functionalities.Stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices in EHS management.Requirements :Minimum 9-12 years of total experience :3+ years of experience in a similar SAP EHS Regulatory Compliance role (S/4HANA experience a minimum).5-7 years of experience with SAP EHS project implementation within the Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical industry.Proven experience in the cut-over process from SAP ECC to S/4HANA for EHS functionalities, with Landscape Transformation experience desirable.In-depth knowledge of all SAP EHS sub-modules and their functionalities.Strong understanding of EHS regulations and their application within relevant industries.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address EHS compliance gaps.Proven ability to manage and deliver complex SAP EHS projects on time and within budget.Experience with SAP Fiori applications in the EHS domain (a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong training and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
