Description:
- We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Architect with extensive experience to join our dynamic team.- The ideal candidate will have 13 to 15 years of experience in SAP FICO and possess a strong technical background along with excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO solutions.- Provide strategic direction and architectural guidance for SAP FICO projects.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Architect end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives and SAP best practices.- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Define and enforce standards, guidelines, and best practices for SAP FICO development and configuration.- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex SAP FICO projects.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.- Stay current with SAP FICO trends, technologies, and best practices.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.- 13 to 15 years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 5 years in an architect or lead role.- In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Product Costing.- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.- Hands-on experience with SAP implementation methodologies and tools.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- SAP certification(s) in FICO or related areas is a plus.
