Salesforce Testing(Hybrid : Bangalore/Pune/Noida/Chennai) Experience : 5 Years. Location : Bangalore/Pune/Noida/Chennai. Shift Time : UK Shift (1 : 00 PM to 10.00 PM IST). Key Skills : Salesforce Testing, Testing of Conga CPQ/CLM, Document Management systems, e-signs (Adobe Echosign), Admin or App Builder or PD1 certified.Job Description : - IT exp should be 5 to 6 years.- Prior working experience in SFDC testing should be min 4 to 5 years.- Role requires testing of Conga CPQ/CLM, Document Management systems, e-signs (Adobe Echosign).- If Test automation tools (AccelQ/ Selenium) is added advantage.- Closely with business analysts and developers to ensure that all requirements are clearly documented and understood.- Detailed test cases that cover all aspects of the CPQ/CLM requirements, including contract creation, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal.- Cases should be designed to validate both functional and non-functional requirements.- Test environments are properly configured, stable, and representative of production environments.- Various types of testing such as functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the CPQ/CLM system.- Documenting, and tracking defects is essential during the testing execution.- Comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defects is essential for traceability.- With end users or business stakeholders to facilitate UAT sessions.- Potential risks to the success of the project related to quality, performance, or security.- Regular status updates, metrics, and reports on testing progress, test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality metrics to project stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties.- Certification Mandatory : Admin or App Builder or PD1.- Certification would be added advantage.
