Basic (Must Have) :- Robust hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and its components, evidencing ability to leverage MuleSoft to solve complex integration challenges.- Strong proficiency in using the .NET framework / C# for backend services and API development, with extensive experience in designing and implementing API solutions.- Possess a solid understanding of API communication protocols, including REST, ensuring interoperability and security in API services.- Practical experience working with Oracle and SQL databases, capable of managing, querying, and optimizing large datasets.- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset, adept at tackling complex technical issues effectively.- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Preferred Skills :- Certified MuleSoft Developer certification is considered an advantage.- Strong understanding of technical documentation including architecture diagrams- Agile methodologiesKey Responsibilities :- Design, Develop, and Implement Solutions: Architect and engineer comprehensive integration solutions utilizing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and .NET frameworks, ensure to meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and secure.- Collaborate on Project Delivery: Work closely with the Product Owner, Chapter Lead, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and maintain high-quality integration projects.- Utilize agile methodologies to manage project deliverables and ensure timely completion of assignments.- Optimize Integration Systems: Proactively maintain and refine existing integration architectures to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.- Conduct periodic reviews and updates to ensure systems are optimized for current business needs.- Advanced Troubleshooting: Employ expert problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to MuleSoft and API integrations.- Implement robust solutions to prevent recurrence of similar issues.- Database Management and Process Mapping: Develop and troubleshoot advanced database queries using Oracle/SQL, ensure optimal performance and data integrity.- Create detailed data flow diagrams to visualize and enhance understanding of existing processes, facilitating process optimization and system improvements.- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive and clear documentation detailing integration processes and system architectures.- Ensure knowledge is accessible and understandable for all relevant stakeholders.- Mentorship and Collaboration : Provide technical mentoring to team members.- Encourage best practices, continuous learning, and professional development by collaborating with internal and external team members.- Ownership and Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the integration team to fully understand, take ownership, and refine existing MuleSoft integrations.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and efficiency enhancements.
