Role Overview : We are seeking a talented React Native Developer to join our team . As a React Native Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications using React Native and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in React Native, Redux, JavaScript, and mobile app development best practices.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, Redux, and JavaScript.- Implement mobile app build and deployment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment to various platforms.- Conduct unit testing and API testing to ensure the reliability and stability of mobile applications.- Utilize React Native UI controls such as Scroll Views and List Views, and state management tools like Redux and Saga to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.- Implement security and performance best practices to enhance the security and performance of mobile applications.- Adhere to high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.- Apply fundamental knowledge of design patterns to develop scalable and maintainable code.- Communicate effectively with users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, describe software product features, and discuss technical designs.- Demonstrate a passion for building great solutions and continuously improving software development processes.- Mentor team members to meet client needs and hold them accountable for high standards of delivery.- Understand technology integration scenarios and apply learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Strong expertise in React Native, Redux, JavaScript, and mobile app development.- Experience with mobile app build and deployment processes.- Proficiency in unit testing, API testing, and mobile app performance optimization.- Familiarity with React Native UI controls, state management, and testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.- Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development.- Understanding of design patterns and their application in software development.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Passion for building innovative and user-friendly mobile solutions.
