Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or development roles within SaaS-based or enterprise applications. As a Senior DevOps SRE Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions to support our platform and services.Responsibilities :DevOps and SRE Expertise :- Utilize 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or development roles in SaaS-based/enterprise applications to drive operational excellence and reliability.- Previous experience within Agile Development or Systems Engineering roles, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.Development Experience :- Demonstrate development experience in any language like Java, Python, or .NET Core, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Deployment Automation :- Embrace a modern SRE-DevOps mindset using best-of-breed open-source and leading Infrastructure as Code (IaC) SCM tools, such as Terraform and Ansible, in Blue-Green Deployments.- Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines to enable continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of infrastructure and application changes.Technical Skills :- Possess broad technical and working knowledge of microservices toolchain, Kubernetes, Docker, Windows, Linux, Prometheus, Grafana, NATS, Azure, AWS, and SQL Server.- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes and their corresponding provider management services (Amazon ECS / EKS, Google Container Engine, Azure Container Service), ensuring efficient and scalable container orchestration.High Availability and Performance Management :- Administer high availability and high-performance environments, leveraging best practices and industry standards.- Manage large-scale deployments of traffic-heavy applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability under load.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Certification in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related technologies.- Experience with other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Chef, Puppet, or AWS CloudFormation.- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks (e. g. , SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).Benefits :- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Exciting projects with leading clients across industries.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
