Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, with a passion for solving complex problems and extracting actionable insights from large datasets. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and deploying advanced analytics solutions that drive business impact and create value for our clients.Responsibilities : Data Analysis and Modeling : - Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics, identify patterns, and uncover insights that inform business decisions.- Develop predictive models, classification algorithms, and machine learning pipelines to solve business problems and optimize decision-making processes.Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence : - Apply machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks to analyze and interpret complex datasets.- Explore and implement cutting-edge algorithms and methodologies to enhance predictive accuracy and model performance.Data Visualization and Communication : - Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.- Translate technical analyses into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders and decision-makers.Feature Engineering and Data Preprocessing : - Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing tasks to prepare raw data for analysis and modeling, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization.Model Evaluation and Validation : - Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques such as cross-validation, A/B testing, and ROC curves.- Validate models against real-world data to assess generalization and robustness across different scenarios and environments.Qualifications : Education and Experience : - Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles.Technical Skills : - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series forecasting.- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive for distributed data processing and analysis.- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for scalable data analytics and machine learning.- Certification in data science, machine learning, or related disciplines.
