Description:
We are seeking a talented SAP PP/PPQM Consultant to join our team. As an SAP PP/PPQM Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (PPQM) modules. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of PP master data management, production planning strategies, MRP, shop floor management, and quality management processes. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP customization, documentation, and enhancement development.Key Responsibilities : - Manage SAP PP master data including material master, BOM, work center, routing management, change numbers, notifications, and Approved Manufacturing Part List (AMPC).- Implement and maintain Classification Info Records, Engineering Change Management, and C-folders for portal-related applications.- Preferred knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and integration with SAP PP.- Conduct constant and flexible planning, long-term planning, demand management, and material requirements planning (MRP) using SAP PP module.- Customize SAP PP module according to business requirements, including master data, planning strategies, MRP, and shop floor management.- Experience with batch management and serial numbers in the supply chain area.- Familiarity with SAP Production Planning-Process Industries (PP-PI) processes.- Manage master data in SAP Quality Management (QM) module, including execution, MRP, serialized manufacturing, and batch management.- Create functional specifications (FS) for enhancements, developments, custom reports, and other WRICEF objects.- Develop and maintain documentation, including process documents, design documents, business process procedures, presentations, and workshop materials.- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PP and PPQM functionalities.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.- Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (PPQM) modules.- Strong understanding of PP master data management, planning strategies, MRP, and shop floor management.- Hands-on experience with SAP customization, enhancement development, and documentation.- Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and integration with SAP PP.- Experience with batch management, serial numbers, and SAP PP-PI processes.- Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) module, including master data management and execution.- Ability to create functional specifications and documentation for SAP enhancements and customizations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
