Role Overview :We are seeking a certified SAP S4 HANA Consultant with expertise in Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in SAP and S4 HANA, with strong analytical skills and domain experience in finance and accounting. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP GL accounting, AR, AP, asset accounting, bank accounting, taxation (GST), product costing, and cost accounting. The candidate should also have basic knowledge of controlling processes and be familiar with month-end and year-end processes in FICO.Key Responsibilities :- Implement and configure SAP FICO modules according to business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.- Provide support for GL accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.- Lead S4 HANA FI certification projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration with other SAP modules.- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including customer/vendor master data maintenance, invoicing, and payment processing.- Oversee asset accounting processes, including asset master data management, depreciation, and asset valuation.- Handle bank accounting activities, such as bank reconciliation, electronic bank statement processing, and cash management.- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including GST accounting and reporting requirements.- Perform product costing and cost accounting activities, including cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.- Provide basic support for controlling processes to facilitate business operations and decision-making.- Support month-end and year-end processes, including closing activities, financial statement preparation, and audit support.- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and email writing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key team player, contributing to the success of SAP projects with minimal assistance.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Certified SAP S4 HANA Consultant in Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP and S4 HANA, with domain experience in finance and accounting.- In-depth knowledge of SAP GL accounting, AR, AP, asset accounting, bank accounting, taxation (GST), product costing, and cost accounting.- Basic understanding of controlling processes and their integration with finance modules.- Familiarity with month-end and year-end processes in FICO, including closing activities and financial reporting.- Excellent communication and email writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.- Proven ability to work independently with minimal assistance and as part of a collaborative team environment.
