Job Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our creative team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for our products. If you have a proven track record of designing successful user interfaces, a passion for user-centered design, and 2 to 4+ years of experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities :Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to define and understand user requirementsConduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and inform design decisions.Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experiences.Collaborate with development teams to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with user experience goals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design patterns, and emerging technologiesContribute to the evolution and maintenance of design systems and style guidesRequirements :Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field2-4+ years of professional experience as a UX DesignerStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a user-centered design processProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similarSolid understanding of user interface design principles and best practicesExperience with user research, usability testing, and persona creationExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred Skills :Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle)Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Familiarity with design systems and component librariesUnderstanding of accessibility standards and best practicesPrevious experience in agile development environmentsBenefits :Medical InsuranceInsurance Top-up facility for Parents, Spouse and ChildrenOpen Work EnvironmentProfessional Up-skilling (ref:hirist.tech)
