The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing data integration solutions using Talend.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Talend.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.- Optimize and tune data integration jobs for performance and scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Big Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Talend.- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts.- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and other big data technologies.- Excellent programming skills in Java, Scala, or Python.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
