Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead the planning and execution of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.- Monitor project progress and performance, identify and address issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.- Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.- Conduct project post-mortem reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements.- Mentor and coach project team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and industry standard.- Must have knowledge of technologies like PHP, WordPress, React Native, ReactJS, Android, etc.- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, etc- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.- Must know how to use project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
