Qualification :- Total Experience: 4+ years- Min Experience in Pega: 4+ years- Mandatory certification: Pega CSSA- Mandatory Skills: Pega Application Design Best practices and Code Quality- Recommended Skills: Pega Customer Service FrameworkJob Descriptions :- Must have experience in designing application from Scratch, designing situational layer cake & Enterprise class structure and Mapping of Organization structure, Data Modeling best practices- Must have experience on Pega API, Integration And JavaScript API, Listeners, Email Channel- Must have knowledge of Object oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, CBAC- Strong leadership and communication skills for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions and derive DCO sessions- Lead development team technically and ensure implementation of Pega best practice.- Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of user stories as per Pega best practices. - Perform code reviews and ensure all compliances with application quality (ref:hirist.tech)
