Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Lead to join our team. As a ServiceNow Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop ServiceNow applications. You will also be responsible for leading a team of developers and administrators, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving continuous improvement.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration and development, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a strong customer-oriented mindset.Responsibilities :Lead a team of developers and administrators in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutionsGather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutionsDesign, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflowsCollaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize business processes within the ServiceNow platformConduct thorough testing of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and reliabilityProvide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applicationsStay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities and recommend best practices to the teamRequirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platformStrong experience in ServiceNow administration and development, with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)Experience leading a team of developers and administratorsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationServiceNow certification(s) is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
