Job Description: Telecaller (Male) Position: Telecaller Gender Preference: Male Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database or leads. Introduce company products or services over the phone and explain their features and benefits. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or meetings with interested prospects. Provide feedback or suggestions to management for improving sales processes or scripts. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Persuasive and confident personality with good negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
