Job Description As a Weatherseal DSR, you will chalk out the path to great results in the retail channel for our offerings. You will maximize sales depth and spread against the set expectations. Responsibilities Servicing the needs of the customers i.e. obtaining orders, establishing new customers, architects, developers and organizing daily work schedule to follow up and retaining existing or new clients. Keep up to date knowledge of the products. Manage information by submitting daily activity reports and, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly. Meeting with Dealers, Architect, Builders on regular basis. Being on the field, visiting 4-5 sites daily in the surrounding territory to find potential leads of upvc and generating BOQs from the same. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor's strengths and weaknesses. Education/Qualifications Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Windows and Doors Industry and its offerings In-depth understanding of sales and customer service techniques Key Skills and Competencies Ability to deliver a sales pitch, meeting Sales Goals, Should be able to convert customers, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Ability to maintain client Relationships, Excellent sales skills Good planning and organizational skills The ability to work calmly under pressure Highly confident individual with good communication and negotiation skills High drive and initiative to achieve goals
