Job Description :- Application support and development for Java/J2EE-based applications with proficiency in PL/SQL, JSP, and HTML.- The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong skills in Java and J2EE technologies, possess a deep understanding of PL/SQL for database interactions, and exhibit proficiency in developing dynamic web pages using JSP and HTML.- The role will involve maintaining and enhancing existing applications while actively contributing to the development of new features.- Additionally, familiarity with best practices in software development, code optimization, and troubleshooting will be highly valued.Primary Skill :- Java.Job Role And Responsibilities : - Should have good understanding about support projects. - Strong technical background with exposure on Struts framework. - Strong expertise in Web based application on Java / J2EE technology. - Good experience in Core Java, Java Script, JSP, Servlets, Webservices. - Hands on experience on Oracle - PL/SQL. - Extensive knowledge on implementation of coding standards. - Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. - Working knowledge in deploying application on IBM WAS / Oracle Weblogic. - Must have a service-oriented attitude and excellent team player.- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused. - Good Communication and Inter-Personal Skills Requirements : - Struts, JSP, Servlet, Java Script, PLSQL Benefits Nucleus is well known for identifying, nurturing, and promoting the internal talent and having long mutually rewarding associations with its performing associates.- Our focus programs help our associates to continuously grow based on their capability, performance, and career aspirations.- Over coming years, this role can evolve, to Program Manager, Program Director and further on.
