Work Mode WFO / WFHKey Responsibilities :Lead Project Management : - As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Java projects, from conception to delivery.- This involves planning, executing, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.Technical Expertise : - With a background as a Senior Java Developer in a large corporation, you will bring a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management systems.- Your expertise in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate will be crucial in guiding the technical direction of projects and providing hands-on support when necessary.Team Leadership : - You will lead a team of 5-6 developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to ensure the successful execution of projects.- This involves delegating tasks, setting expectations, and fostering a collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and efficiency.International Client Communication : - With experience in international client communication, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.- This involves understanding client requirements, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.Required Skills and Qualifications :- 8-10 years of experience in Java development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management : - Previous experience working in a large corporation in a Senior Java Developer role with a focus on Supply Chain Management systems is highly desirable.Technical Proficiency : - Extensive experience in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate is essential for this role.- Hands-on experience in designing and developing complex Java applications is required.Team Leadership Skills : - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of developers, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.Excellent Communication Skills : - Proven experience in international client communication, with strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Problem-Solving Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.Project Management Skills : - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery.Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Certifications : - Relevant certifications in Java development and project management are a plus.
